    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Nov. 22-30.

    Sarah B.J. Chase, 20, of Burnham, probation violation in Burnham Jan. 1, 2016, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Sasha Hamlin, 25, of Waterville, assault in Unity July 25, dismissed.

    Devon H. Richards, 22, of Waldo, probation violation in Waldo Nov. 12, 2016, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Randy S. Elwell, 20, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 28, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 30, dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast April 30, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 2, dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast Sept. 2, dismissed.

    Eric J. Smith, 35, of Vinalhaven, operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks April 21, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.

    Nickie Ripley, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 6, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont June 25, $250 fine.

    Troy Applegate, 42, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast June 2, three days in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Swanville June 27, dismissed; operating a vehicle without license in Searsport July 1, three days in jail; failure to register a vehicle in Searsport July 1, three days in jail; violating conditions of release in Searsport July 1, three days in jail; failing to stop for an officer in Swanville July 8, three days in jail; driving to endanger in Swanville July 8, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Swanville July 8, three days in jail; operating a vehicle without license in Swanville July 8, three days in jail; violating conditions of release in Swanville July 8, three days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Sept. 29, six days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 29, dismissed.

    Christopher Farrar, 28, of Monroe, gross sexual assault in Belfast Aug. 7, six years in prison with all but 18 months suspended and four years of probation.

    Sheryl A. Richards, 69, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Sept. 1, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; driving to endanger in Lincolnville Sept. 1, dismissed.

    Fern Marlborough, 40, of Lincolnville Center, assault in Belfast Oct. 1, $300 fine; assault in Belfast Oct. 1, dismissed; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Oct. 1, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Oct. 1, $200 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Oct. 1, dismissed.

    Richard D. Bowman, 52, of Freedom, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Freedom July 27, $500 fine.

    Philip J. Dulude, 49, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Sept. 29, 48 hours in jail.

    Erica L. Miller, 20, of Beverly, Mass., motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Liberty Sept. 1, dismissed.

    Michael L. Miller, 60, of Winterport, violating condition of release in Winterport Oct. 30, five days in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Winterport Nov. 18, five days in jail; violating condition of release in Winterport Nov. 18, five days in jail.

    Oksana B. Brown, 19, of Grafton, Mass., use of drug paraphernalia in Brooks June 10, $300 fine.
