Waldo County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from July 28 - Aug. 10. 

    Kaylee M. Heino, 18, of Warren, terrorizing in Belfast July 18, eight days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast July 18, eight days in jail.

    Julian Lahdesmaki, 29, of Nashville, Tenn., operating under the influence in Belfast July 2, 2016, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Belfast July 17, 2016, 48 hours in jail.

    Susan Greenlaw, 51, of Stockton Springs, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast April 12, $100 fine; misuse of the 9-1-1 system in Belfast April 12, dismissed.

    Drew Fowler, 22, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity April 11, $250 fine.

    Dustyn J. Reynolds, 34, operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy April 20, dismissed.

    Jamie R. Grotton, 35, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Belfast July 24, 10 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast July 24, dismissed.

    Lucas M. Grindle, 30, of Verona, failure to register a motor vehicle in Frankfort June 24, $100 fine.

    Ryan S. Peterson, 35, of Hermon, violating a protection from abuse order in Frankfort Aug. 4, 48 hours in jail.

    Nathaniel J. Bourget, 25, of Minot, violating conditions of release in Stockton Springs Aug. 8, 48 hours in jail.

    Crystal A. Curtis, 32, of Brooks, keeping a dangerous dog in Thorndike April 17, $12,114.98 restitution, and $1,000 fine; keeping a dangerous dog in Thorndike April 17, dismissed; allowing a dog to be at large (two counts) in Thorndike April 17, dismissed; keeping an unlicensed dog (two counts) in Thorndike April 17, dismissed; violation of rabies prevention (chapter 720) in Thorndike April 17, dismissed.
