Waldo County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from June 9-15.

    Alec Reynolds, 38, of Troy, assault in Troy Sept. 19, 2015, seven days in jail and $300 fine; criminal mischief in Troy Sept. 19, 2015, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Troy Sept. 19,  2015, seven days in jail.

    Ralph M. Moody, 56, of Monroe, illegal possession of a firearm in Monroe Jan. 26, 2016, $500 fine.

    James R. Bradford, 27, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Stockton Springs Feb. 12, 2016, dismissed.

    Paul Taliaferro, 37, of Troy, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy May 28, 2016, $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Troy May 28, 2016, dismissed.

    Megan M. Farley, 35, of Belfast, assault in Lincolnville July 20, dismissed.

    Constance Ethier, 48, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast Oct. 2, five months in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Christopher O’Brien, 33, of Searsmont, misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system in Searsmont Jan. 24, $250 fine.

    Robert A. Hughes, 41, of Belfast, assault in Brooks Jan. 12, three days in jail and $300 fine.

    Derrick A. Trull, 27, of Unity, unlawful sexual touching in Knox Oct. 15, 364 days in prison with all suspended and one year of probation.

    Nicholas Leibowitz, 24, of Pittsfield, operating under the influence in Searsmont March 21, 24 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating condition of release in Searsmont March 21, 24 hours in jail.

    Robert L. Perkins, 26, of Verona, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Stockton Springs April 1, 24 hours in jail and $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs April 1, 24 hours in jail and $500 fine.

    Kristopher E. Carlson, 32, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Swanville April 1, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine.

    Steven M. Hegstrom, 60, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Brooks April 7, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Robert Franco, 41, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast April 11, 364 days in prison with all but five days suspended and one year of probation; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast April 11, five days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast April 28, seven days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast April 28,  seven days in jail.

    Richard L. Decesere, 70, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Winterport April 21, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Kami J. Moulton, 42, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont March 28, $500 fine.

    Wayne A. Curtis, 29, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Belfast May 4, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 4, 48 hours in jail and $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Belfast May 4, 48 hours in jail.

    Jeremy Bennett, 28, of Knox, hunting without a valid license in Knox Feb. 23, $100 fine.

    Adam Carson, 28, of Knox, operating under the influence in Thorndike May 12, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Tammy Bonin, 57, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle in Belfast April 18, $200 fine.

    Christopher L. Bryant, 24, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont May 3, 48 hours in jail and $600 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont May 3, dismissed.

    Monica Daskam, 39, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 21, $600 fine.

    Joshua M. Hustus, 40, of Belmont, violating conditions of release in Belmont May 28, five days in jail.

    Tamarack Thomsen, 25, of Belmont, failure to register vehicle in Belmont April 28, $100 fine.

    Maria L. Raven, 25, of Thorndike, driving to endanger in Thorndike April 25, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike April 25, $500 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Thorndike April 25, $250 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Thorndike April 25, dismissed.

    Timothy St. Thomas, 60, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast June 12, 48 hours in jail.
