Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Feb 10-23.

    William D. Peaslee, 37, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belmont Aug. 10, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; failing to stop, remain, or render aid in Belfast Sept. 28, five days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Sept. 28, five days in jail; failing to stop, remain, or provide information in Belfast Sept. 28, dismissed. 

    Anthony J. Holden, 35, of Troy, operating a meth laboratory in Troy Oct. 11, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, 18 years of probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Troy Oct. 11, dismissed. 

    Miranda G. Hopkins, 32, of Carmel, murder in Troy Jan. 12, dismissed. 

    Robert W. Rankin, 26, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Feb. 25, 2016, six months in jail and and $1,600 restitution. 

    Jeremy M. Taylor, 25, of Dover Foxcroft, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 20, dismissed. 

    Byrlynne D. Ellis, 38, of disorderly conduct (unreasonable noise) in Belfast (two charges, dates: Aug. 31, and Sept. 7), both dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast (three charges, dates: Sept. 3, Sept. 7, and Oct. 26) all dismissed; assault on an officer in Belfast Sept. 12, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast (two charges, dates: Sept. 12, and Oct. 26) six months in jail for each charge. 

    Ryan Curtis, 21, of Plymouth, domestic violence criminal threatening in Burnham Sept. 17, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Burnham Sept. 17, dismissed; reckless conduct in Burnham Sept. 17, dismissed. 

    Dustin Campbell, 30, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Aug. 17, six years in prison with all but six months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; illegal importation of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Aug. 17, dismissed. 

    Dechantal Collins Riley, 73, of Surprise, Ariz., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Sept. 8, dismissed. 

    Joshua Littlefield, 22, of Unity, fishing without a valid license in Swanville Jan. 2, $100 fine. 

    Crystal Holmes, 4, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Feb. 16, 48 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest with use of physical force in Belfast Feb. 16, dismissed. 

    Janice Harmen, 70, of Islesboro, allowing a dog to be at large in Islesboro Nov. 6, $50 fine.
