Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Feb 3-9.

    Jeffrey S. Hodgdon, 59, of Lincolnville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Lincolnville July 17, 2015, $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Lincolnville July 17, 2015, dismissed. 

    Robert McKinney, 21, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast July 26, 2015, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Jessica L. Kelley, 26, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Sept. 16, 2015, 48 hours in jail and $210 restitution; negotiating a worthless instrument in Lincolnville Sept. 16, 2015, 48 hours in jail. 

    Tori N. Walton, 24, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast June 6, two years in prison with all but 15 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; falsifying physical evidence in Belfast June 6, 15 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Searsport May 30, dismissed; furnishing liquor to a minor in Searsport May 30, dismissed; allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Searsport May 30, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 1, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast July 1, 15 days in jail. 

    Joseph P. Upham Jr., 65, of Brookline, Mass., motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Belfast June 6, dismissed. 

    Nancy L. Davidson, 62, of Unity, criminal mischief in Unity May 15, dismissed; harassment in Unity May 15, dismissed. 

    Jacob M. Webber, 26, of Troy, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy Sept. 8, dismissed. 

    Constance Ethier, 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 2, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine. 

    James A. Sutherland, 64, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 5, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast Jan. 2, 48 hours in jail.

    Corey Cook, 33, of Burnham, rule violation in Troy Nov. 1, $100 fine.

    Kory Schmidt, 23, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release in Belfast Feb. 4, dismissed.

    Stephen Colby, 22, of Swanville, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast Sept. 20, dismissed.
