Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from June 10-17.

    Michael L. Giggey, 57, of Montville, operating a snowmobile under the influence in Knox Feb. 15, 2015, dismissed.

    Mandy Benson, 34, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport April 15, 2015, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport April 24, 2015, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Winterport April 24, 2015, dismissed.

    Elizabeth A. Hall, 37, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast May 2, 2015, dismissed.

    Zachary D. Buckley, 27, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Searsmont Nov. 1, dismissed.

    Jeffrey Hill, 50, of Knox, operating under the influence in Knoc Feb. 1, nine months in jail with all but 15 days suspended, license suspended for three years, one years of probation and $700 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Knox Feb. 1, 15 days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Knox Feb. 1, 15 days in jail.

    Nicolas J. Gaetz, 22, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 19, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $1,100 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 19, dismissed.

    Sarah J. Runnion Bareford, 39, of Belgrade, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belmont Oct. 5, two years in prison with all but 15 days suspended, one year of probation, and $34 restitution.

    Brenda L. Ventura, 53, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast March 18, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.

    Stacey Scheider, 37, of Northport, aggravated operating a meth laboratory in Northport March 30, 30 months in prison.

    Tabatha L. Hemingway, 39, of Farmingdale, driving to endanger in Searsmont March 26, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

    William W. Burrows, 22, of Belfast, operaiting while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 1, $500 fine.

    James R. Witham, 36, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast May 4, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast June 10, seven days in jail.

    William R. Snow, 37, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 10, 48 hours in jail and $400 fine.

    Zackary H. Woodbury, 35, of Waldoboro, domestic violence assault in Belfats May 9 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation; aggravated assault in Belfast May 9, dismissed.

    Cory J. Collamore, 30, of South China, operating a vehicle with a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Unity April 30, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Unity April 30, dismissed.

    Tammy L. French, 46, of Auburn, attachings false plates in Belfast March 22, $200 fine.

    Michael S. Ulmer, 38, of Rumford, harrassment by telephone in Winterport March 24, $200 fine.

    Peter A. Fuller, 36, of 23, of Montville, use of drug paraphernalia in Montville March 30, dismissed.

    Christopher R. Pariseau, 45, of Brooks, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Belfast April 7, dismissed.

    John T. Young, 27, of Lincolnville, possession of marijuna up to 1.25 oz in Lincolnville March 22, $350 fine.
