Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from May 27 - June 9.

    Ryan N. Raven, 24, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Feb. 12, $500 fine.

    Dennis W. Stratton Jr., 58, of Fairfield, unlawful cutting of trees in Freedom Oct. 31, $100 fine and $2,454 restitution; unlawful cutting of trees in Freedom Sept. 4, dismissed.

    Raymond E. Williams, 62, of Oakland, unlawful cutting of trees in Freedom Oct. 31, $100 fine and $2,454 restitution;unlawful cutting of trees in Freedom Sept. 4, dismissed.

    Patrick A. Kennedy, 56, of Unity, failing to produce permit in Unity April 15, $50 fine. 

    Lance Lucas, 43, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Searsmont June 8, 2015, dismissed.

    Renee M. Lewis, 44, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks (two charges, dates: March 23, 2015, and March 24, 2015), both dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug in Brooks Dec. 10, dismissed; violating condition of release in Brooks Dec. 10, dismissed.

    Kevin R. Scott, 46, of operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 19, dismissed.

    William E. Harris, 36, of Bangor, burglary in Winterport Aug. 14, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug. 14, six months in jail; violating condition of release in Winterport Aug. 14, 30 days in jail. 

    Michael H. Reynolds, 40, of Belfast, violation of consumer contract requirements in Belfast Aug. 21, $250 fine; transient seller of home repair failing to register in Belfast Aug. 21, $250 fine.

    Sarah B.J. Chase, 19, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized use of property in Burnham Sept. 1, dismissed. 

    Michaela Skillings, 22, of Frankfort, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 13, two years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 13, 45 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Christopher Whitcomb, 39, of Belmont, aggravated assault in Belmont Jan. 25, nine months in jail. 

    Jeffrey J. Harvey, 55, of Palmyra, operating under the influence in Thorndike Jan. 27, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike Jan. 27, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

    Terry L. Barnes, 53, of Detroit, harassment by telephone in Troy Jan. 4, dismissed.

    Aaron Lewis, 30, of Thorndike, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Thorndike April 6, $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Thorndike April 6, dismissed.

    Richard A. Bagley, 43, of Swanville, violating condition of release in Swanville April 10, dismissed. 

    Daniel R. Lataille, 47, of Unity, domestic violence criminal threatening in Liberty June 4, 180 days in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; criminal restraint in Liberty June 4, 180 days in jail with all suspended and two years of probation.

    Byrlynne D. Ellis, 37, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast June 4, 21 days in jail; furnishing liquor to a minor in Belfast June 4, 21 days in jail. 

    Jason C. Young, 35, of Unity, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Thorndike Feb. 21, 2015, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Thorndike Feb. 21, 2015, dismissed.

    Tyler Redman, 20, of Swanville, use of drug paraphernalia in Swanville July 13, dismissed.
