Waldo County Criminal Docket closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Criminal Docket Aug. 13-24.

    The Unified Criminal Docket is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the district and superior courts by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Alissa R. Brann, 20, of Clinton, operating a vehicle without a license in Troy July 10, $150 fine.

    Byrlynne D. Ellis, 36, of Warren, obstructing a public way in Belfast Aug. 20, seven days in jail.

    Clinton Elwell, 33, of Brooks, criminal trespass in Thorndike Feb. 21, $200 fine.

    Sheehan Gallagher, 35, of Houston, Texas, out of door burning violation in Northport May 4, $300 fine.

    Rebecca J. Green, 25, of Belfast, violating condition of release in Belfast May 29, $250 fine.

    Brian E. Hall, 49, of Frankfort, displaying a fictitious vehicle sticker in Swanville May 12, $150 fine.

    Scott A. Hall, 28, of Montville, reckless conduct in Belfast March 10, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast March 10, dismissed.

    Nichole M. Ingraham, 35, of Knox, attaching false plates in Unity May 18, $150 fine.

    Roscoe E. Kenney, 46, of Brooks, failure to register a vehicle in Brooks May 10, $100 fine.

    Benjamin R. Knowlton, 22, of Swanville, use of drug paraphernalia in Searsport March 11, dismissed; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Searsport March 11, dismissed.

    Nicholas Larrabee, 22, of Knox, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity May 15, $300 fine; assault in Unity May 15, dismissed.

    Marshall H. Lowe, 51, of Jackson, possession of a usable amount of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Brooks May 15, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Brooks May 15, $300 fine.

    Bruce B. Maclean, 51, of Vernon, Conn., fishing with more than two lines in Liberty June 19, $100 fine.

    Nicholas J. McRoy, 22, of Windstock, Conn., operating without safety equipment in Liberty June 19, $100 fine.

    Elizabeth A. Munster, 34, of Manchester, N.H., unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Liberty May 18, seven days in jail and $400 fine.

    Douglas E. Noble Jr., 26, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 6, $500 fine.

    Martha Piscuskas, 57, of Liberty, operating without safety equipment in Liberty June 19, $100 fine.

    Francis Richardson, 20, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 10, $250 fine.

    Ellen J. Sparrow, 57, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 11, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Ronald Spear, 33, of Montville, failing to make an oral or written report of an accident in Swanville July 6, $250 fine; failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Swanville July 6, dismissed.

    Elton S. Thornhill, 43, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Aug. 17, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year and $600 fine; operating under the influence in Searsport Aug. 17, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport Aug. 17, 48 hours in jail.
