    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 2-8, 

    Shawn Judkins, 24, of Lagrange, aggravated driving to endanger in Burnham Aug. 4, 2018, dismissed. 

    Janet A. Blood, 50, of Troy, operating under the influence in Unity Sept. 3, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Sept. 3, 2020, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Troy June 22, 2020, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Troy Oct. 21, 2020, six months in jail and $400 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Unity Sept. 3, 2020, dismissed. . 

    Neil Warren, 36, of Swanville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Frankfort Dec. 29, 2022, $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Dec 29, 2022, dismissed; attaching false plates in Frankfort Dec. 29, 2022. dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Nov. 27, 2022, $1,000 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 30, $1,000 fine. 

    Christopher S. Johnson, 49, of Liberty, stalking leading to inconvenience or emotional distress in Montville Nov. 1, 2021, dismissed. 

    Kristen Herbest, 24, of Bucksport, robbery in Belfast March 23, 2023, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $50 restitution. 

    Karen A. Hamer, 42, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 9, 2022, dismissed. 

    Michael A. Ripley, 33, of Belfast, terrorizing in Lincolnville April 21, dismissed. 

    Brian MacDonald, 23, of Rockport, two counts of gross sexual assault in Belfast June 2, both dismissed; two counts of unlawful sexual contact in Belfast June 2, both dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Belfast June 2, dismissed. 

    Jourdan Johnson, 28, of Scarborough, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs June 27, three years in prison and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs June 27, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs June 27, dismissed. 

    Lawrence Carrozzo, 65, of Swanville, criminal trespass in Searsport June 19, dismissed. 

    Skylar Moody, 22, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville May 30, $250 fine; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Swanville May 30, 48 hours in jail and $1,000 fine. 

    Jason Taylor, 57, of Northport, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Northport Sept. 26, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Northport Sept. 26, 90 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Northport Sept. 26, 90 days in jail.

    Vilmene Bienaime, 31, of Belmont, domestic violence assault in Belmont Jan. 14, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belmont Jan. 14, 10 days in jail. 

    Raelyn Larsen, 30, of Rome, operating after registration suspended in Brooks Nov. 27, dismissed. 

    James Little, 57, of Pittsfield, failing to stop, remain, or provide information in Burnham Nov. 26, $100 fine. 

    Annathena Pontillo, 19, of Montville, attaching false plates in Lincolnville Dec. 15, $100 fine.

    Gretchen Primus, 33, of Waterville, operating after registration suspended in Brooks Nov. 26, dismissed.
