HOPE — Victoria R. Frost, 25, died unexpectedly Sept. 6, 2014, at her home.

Victoria was born in Portland on July 14, 1989, to Robert J. Noonan III and Traci L. Cultrera.

At the age of 10, she moved to Virginia with her step-father, Shaun Frost. She later moved with him to San Jose, Calif., where she lived until returning to Maine in 2009.

Her life-long love of animals was fulfilled as she recently worked as a pet-groomer with Yankee Clipper in Rockport. Victoria's love of music was born out as she played guitar, and most recently she was learning to play the violin. She also enjoyed drawing.

Family get-togethers always brought her great joy and she was noted by many as a great cook.

Victoria is survived by her mother, Traci and her fiancé, James Dodge, of Hope; her father, Rob, his wife, Ashley, and their children, Ivy, Henry and Milo, all of Portland; two brothers, Zachary Frost of San Jose, Calif., and Nathan Young of Bangor; her step-father, Shaun Frost of San Jose, Calif.; her paternal grandparents, Robert Noonan Jr. and his wife, Debby Beckwith-Noonan, of Canaan, and Mary Noonan of Greenbush; her maternal grandfather, Anthony Cultrera of Las Vegas, N.V.; as well as several extended family members.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Sept.19 at 11 a.m. at the Pioneer Grange Hall on Buzzell Hill Road in East Union.

Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home.
