Thomaston Police beat: Domestic violence assault, theft, speeding

    THOMASTON – Thomaston Police reported the following activity June 23-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    Rachel Wichenbach, 33, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Olaf Sigaud for theft. 

    Jason Gage, 26, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Sigaud for operating after suspension. 

    Brystle Noble, 32, of Thomaston, was arrested by Sigaud for domestic violence assault. 

    Cheyenne Robishaw, 18, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Hast for speeding. 

    Ricky Carter, 46, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Hast for inspection violation. 

    Gregory Simmons, 39, of Friendship, was issued a summons by Hast for speeding. 

    Michelle Leonard, 48, no town listed, was issued a summons by Officer Michael Blais for speeding.
