    ROCKPORT — A security camera at the Rockport waterfront captured images of a woman, her blond dog and her black sport utility vehicle and police are asking for the public’s help to confirm her identity.

    Rockport Police Officer Craig Cooley said the woman was seen walking her dog at Marine Park around noon Wednesday, and as she approached a parked car, she allegedly reached inside and stole cash from inside.

    The owner of the vehicle and the cash was at the food truck with her children, standing about 20 feet away.

    Anyone with information about the identity of the woman is asked to call Rockport Police at 236-2026.
