    ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Jan.22 - 27. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

    Jocelyn Delong, 22, of Westbrook, inspection violation.

    Adam B. Richardson, 21, of Warren, inspection violation.

    Benjamin D. Mullen, 34, of Waldoboro, speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Jessica S. Quinn, 43, of Camden, inspection violation and insurance violation.

    Jan. 23

    Kurt Quint, 24, of Lincolnville, insurance violation.

    Nathan Young, 20, of Harrington, operating after suspension and insurance violation.

    Mark Clayton, 39, of Camden, failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.

    Kaleb Cook, 19, of Searsmont, failure to stop at a red light.

    Timothy Barker, 31, of Belfast, inspection violation.
