ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Jan. 28-Feb. 1. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jan. 28

Joel Perry, 52, of Milbridge, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for failure to yield to turning vehicle.

Jan. 31

Ashley A. Parreault, 25, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for seatbelt and insurance violations.

Ralph R. Jones, 28, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 69 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Shawn C. Gray, 30, of Hope, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

Robert O. Hyson, 36, of Bremen, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.

Feb. 1

Deborah A. Rich, 64, of Fayetteville, N.C., was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 64 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Jordan E. Kelly, 31, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for inspection violation.

Stanley Steinhoff, 60, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
