Rockport Police beat: OUI, speeding, inspection violations

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Aug. 3-Sept. 5. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Aug. 3

    Terry Westbrook, 64, of Guilford, was issued a summons by Officer Tony Del Vecchio for operating after suspension.

    Aug. 4

    Kiley Edward, 29, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.

    Aug. 6

    Cody Prandelli, 21, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for inspection violation, insurance violation.

    Aug. 7

    Eva Beauchemin, 32, of Smyrna, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for failure to notify secretary of state with change of address.

    Aug. 8

    Katerina Campbell, 39, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for following too closely.

    Aug. 9

    Jillian Falcetano, 39, of Union, was charged by Ford for operating under the influence.

    Aug. 14

    Robert Warren III, 23, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.

    Kay S. Graber, 78, of Palm Beach, Fla., was issued a summons by Ford for failure to yield on entering a public way.

    Aug. 24

    Brian Hendrickson, 32, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to register motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with expired registration.

    Katherine Grealish, 53, of Houston, Tex., was issued a summons by Moore for operating with a suspended registration.

    Aug. 26

    Justin A. Faulborn, 30, of Camden, was issued a summons by Moore for inspection violation.

    Aug. 27

    Gail M. Fearing, 58, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.

    Aug. 29

    Donald Curtis, 64, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation, reversing direction without adequate vision.

    Bruce Bouldry, 62, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.

    Shannon Kinney, 47, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for speeding 39 mph in 30 mph zone.

    Peter Underdown, 47, of Camden, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for speeding 39 mph in a 30 mph zone.

    Aug. 30

    John Bentley, 43, of Gardiner, was issued a summons by Ford failure to register a motor vehicle in a period of 30-150 days.

    Sept. 2

    Juvenile, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    Sept. 5

    Kelly J. Farley, 50, of Camden, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph zone.
