Rockport Police beat: OUI, inspection violations, unregistered vehicles
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity June 3-23. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
May 24 (late entry)
Juvenile, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for possession of usable amount of marijuana.
May 30 (late entry)
Steven Teed, 68, of Hope, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating without a license.
June 3
Adam Carlson, 37, of Rockport, was charged by Shaw for operating under the influence.
June 9
Benjamin Winchenbach, 19, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Shaw for operating without a license in violation of conditions and restrictions.
Clark McKay, 19, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Shaw for violating conditions of release.
June 10
Todd Arvidson, 51, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.
June 12
Scot Hanning, 61, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
June 13
Christopher Ruby, 35, of West Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for inspection violation.
June 18
Andrew M. Eggen, 24, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.
June 19
Christina Dimmitt, 24, of Montville, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.
Gregory L. Ensworth, 57, of Alna, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
June 23
Todd Giardria, 37, of West Gardiner, was issued a summons by Shaw for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.
