Rockport Police beat: Forgery, theft, arrest warrant

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity April 25-May 14. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    April 25 (late entry)

    Rachel Jones, 19, of Bristol, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for insurance violation.

    April 30 (late entry)

    David Ernst, 61, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence.

    May 2 (late entry)

    Max Mitchell, 35, of Rockport, was arrested by Sgt. Travis Ford for forgery; theft.

    May 10

    Kenneth McIntyre, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by Shaw on a warrant.

    May 11

    Heather Gray, 41, of Hope, was issued a summons by Shaw for insurance violation.

    May 12

    Stacia Moore, 41, of Hermon, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to stop at a stop sign.

    Sandra Hamilton, 41, of Camden, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to stop at a stop sign.

    May 13

    Joshua C. Eldridge, 38, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for failure to register a vehicle 30-150 days; operator in possession of an open container on public way; operating after suspension.

    Brooke Brewer, 37, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for operating unregistered motor vehicle less than 150 days.

    Jeanne M. Fischer, 55, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to to register a motor vehicle 30-150 days.

    May 14

    Nicholas Westervelt, 33, of Falmouth, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
