ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity June 16-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

June 18  

Kevin Richards, 25, of South Thomaston, was arrested by Sgt. Don Finnegan on a probation violation. 

Wade Phillips, 45, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Jacob Shirey with operating after revocation. 

Suellen Detamore, 26, transient, was arrested by Shirey on a warrant for unpaid fines.  

June 19  

Elijah Burnham, 26, of Owls Head, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.  

Nicole Rogers, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for violating conditions of release. 

June 20  

Bronson Simmons, 27, of Rockport, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant for unpaid fines and probation violations. 

June 21  

Cody Emerson, 25, of Winslow, was cited by Gaylor for operating after suspension.  

A 17-year-old male was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

June 23  

Michael Thompson, 40, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for criminal mischief.
