ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity July 7-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

July 7 

Sarah Havener, 29, of Camden, was charged by Officer John Bagley with driving to endanger and attaching false plates. 

July 8 

Dennis Doyle, 48, of Chelsea, was charged by Bagley with operating after suspension.  

July 9 

Christopher Andrews, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release. 

July 11 

Jeffery Dudley, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor on a warrant for unpaid fine. 

July 12 

Travis Carter, 28, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden on a probation violation. 

Joe Minor, 54, of Wynne, Ariz., was arrested by Officer William Smith for operating without a license.

Nanci Stanley, 35, of Washington, was arrested for operating after suspension and on two arrest warrants for domestic violence assault and unpaid fines. (no officer listed). 

July 14 

Robert Graham, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Detective Sergeant Russell Thompson for burglary and stealing drugs. 

Ryan Newbert, 18, of St. George, was arrested by Shirey on a warrant for failing to appear on a criminal trespass charge, and charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

A 14 year old female from Warren was charged by Sergeant Matt Lindahl with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

July 15 

Mark Hupper, 30, of Rockland, was charged by Shirey with assault. 

July 16 

Christina Rackliff, 33, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Scott Redmun with theft.                          

Robert Colpritt, 39, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.              

July 17           

Nathan Corlis, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey on a warrant for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol. Corlis was also arrested for a second charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, and for furnishing alcohol to minors. 

Ryan Newbert, 18, of St. George, was charged by Shirey with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

A 14 year old female from Warren was charged by Shirey with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

A 14 year old female from Rockland was charged by Shirey with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

A 17 year old male from Rockland was charged by Gaylor with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Nicholas Littlefield, 20, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Melinda Glesil, 22, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with furnishing alcohol. 

J. Porter O’Hara, 60, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for criminal trespass. 

July 18

Caleb Madore, 20, of Warren, arrested by Gaylor for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

July 19 

Joshua Powell, 27, of Rockland, arrested by Gaylor on a probation violation. 

Derek Vandoren, 32, of Rockland, arrested by Gaylor for operating without a license. 

Michael Saunders, 44, of Warren, arrested by Smith for operating under the influence. 

July 21 

Kristopher Hillgrove, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley for burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, receiving stolen property, forgery, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and charged with unlawful possession of useable amount of marijuana.
