Head Coach Matt Lash: "This group was a pleasure to coach. We might have been outmatched in overall size and strength most games, but we made up for it in heart and hustle. We focused on playing as a team on both ends of the court. It was enjoyable as coaches and parents, to watch these 9 & 10 year olds find each other in transition and share the ball in the half court. Our message from day one was that in order for us to be successful, we must play together. They became closer for it."

The highlight of the travel season was without a doubt watching these kids bounce back from a tough loss in the second game at the Boothbay Mini-Blasters Tournament to win five games, with four of them coming Sunday to win the championship. They capped the day off with milk shakes and dinner at Moody's Diner.

Team Members: Aiden Abottoni, Liam Belyea, Luke Cheesman, Gabe Lash, Jack Martin, Vishal Mellor, Geordan Moody, Mason Nguyen, Kristian Schumann, and Gavin White. The team’s head coach was Matt Lash with Neil Lash and Scott White serving as assistants.
