ROCKLAND — The AIO Food Pantry and Emergency Assistance, which serves over 13,000 people a year across Knox County, gladly accepted a check for $550. The check is the result of a successful Lobsterpalooza event hosted by Blueberry Broadcasting LLC.

Chef Nick Andrei of Husson University took top prize in the professional division. Our very own local critter chaser Maynard Stanley Jr. won the amateur division. Graffam Brothers Seafood Market, Chef Shari Elwell accepted the 5 year recognition plaque for supporting Lobsterpalooza and the AIO, Graffam Brothers are truly team players.

New this year was a 50/50 raffle aptly handled by AIO Board President, Liz Jenkins. Many thanks to the Lobsterpalooza Board: Paul Benjamin, Kriste Ernest, Louise MacLellan-Ruf, Robin Mcintosh, Karen Mehorter, Cathe Morrill and Marilyn Quinn for the countless hours they volunteer to pull this event off each year. AIO and the Lobsterpalooza Board are already planning another delectable touchdown for the community next year.
