Lincoln County Grand Jury Indictments

    The Lincoln County Grand Jury has met to indict individuals on criminal charges. Below are the individuals who have been indicted by the Grand Jury in September.

    Ryan Booker, 21, of Waldoboro was indicted on unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking in unlawful drugs from an incident in May.

    Tammy Boyington, 44, of Waldoboro was indicted on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs from a July arrest.

    Nathan Brewer, 27, of Wiscasset, was indicted on charges of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs from March 2 to July 31.

    Wilson Collamore, 38, of Wiscasset was indicted on two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs from a May 7 arrest.

    Allina Diaz, 27, of Wiscasset was indicted on charges of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and illegal importation of illegal drugs from May 2 to July 31.

    Kristina Donahue, 34, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs between May 8 and May 14.

    Herman Hoffman, 40, of Spruce Head was indicted on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, misuse of public benefits instrument, and three counts of criminal forfeiture between April and July.

    Michael Hoffman, 38, of Jefferson was indicted on two counts of possession of scheduled drugs and one count of trafficking scheduled drugs from April to July.

    Nichole Holmstrom, 32, of Bremen was indicted on two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs from May 9 to May 14.

    Erika Trask, 42, of Alna was indicted on two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and one count of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in May.

    Dominic Xavier Valle, 20, of Brooklyn, New York was indicted on one count of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture on May 16.

    Kevin Weeks, 27, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count each of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession of unlawful drugs on June 16.

    Wayne Virgin, 44, of Whitefield, was indicted on one count of possession of scheduled drugs on April 22.

    Antonio Gordon, 31, of Bangor, was indicted on one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violation of conditions of release, falsifying evidence and criminal forfeiture on August 3.

    Marin Fosdick, 41, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking, and violation of conditions of release on July 1.

    Tammy Elliot, 44, of Damariscotta was indicted on two counts of violation of conditions of release, refusing to submit to arrest, aggravated criminal mischief, and failure to sign USC on July 15.

    Michael Hawkins, 31, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on two counts each of theft by deception Class C, and theft by deception Class E from October 2012 to April 2014.

    Zachary Rancourt, 25, of Bremen was indicted on two counts of Class C possession of sexually explicit materials and three counts of Class E possession of sexually explicit materials on May 6.

    Reid Poosikian, 20, of Southport was indicted on one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and refusing to submit to arrest on July 30.

    William Spear, 49, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault, Class C assault, Class D domestic violence assault, criminal operating while intoxicated and refusing to submit to arrest on May 26.

    Robert Ransley, 58, of Newcastle was indicted on 10 counts of Class C possession of sexually explicit materials, and 10 counts of Class D possession of sexually explicit materials on July 1.

    Joseph Peaslee, 34, of Jefferson, was indicted on three counts of forgery, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and one count of burglary from September 2013 to June 2014.

    Thaddeus Mercier, 43, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking on June 23.

    Michael Innes, 45, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of domestic violence with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon on June 16.

    William Gerardi, 21, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on one count of furnishing liquor to a minor, and one count of child endangerment on July 30.

    Dustin Bibber, 25, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of theft by unauthorized taking on August 9.

    Abigail Thomas, 29, of Bristol was indicted on one count of aggravated assault and one count of submitting a false report on July 23.

    Aaron Curtin, 40, of Bristol was indicted on one charge of refusing to submit to arrest and violation of condition of release on July 23 and August 1.

    Jean Linscott, 54, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking from September 2013 to March 2014.

    Virgil Benner, 53, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking from October 2012 to March 2014.

    Brian Knight, 41, of Freedom was indicted on one count of domestic violence terrorizing, tampering with a witness, violation of conditions of release, and violation of a protective order from April 14 to April 22.

    Christopher Perkins of Wiscasset was indicted on one count each of operating after revocation, indecent conduct, and disorderly conduct on June 11.

    Jennifer Roberts-Powers, 45, of Auburn was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking from January 1 to April 28.

    Chad Breton, 34, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, Class C violation of condition of release, and Class E violation of condition of release from June 26 to June 28.

    Jeremy Holt, 24, of Clinton was indicted on one count of aggravated assault, and one count of violation of conditions of release on July 10.

    Windi St. Thomas, 35, of Belfast was indicted on one count of trafficking in prison contraband, and violation of conditions of release on July 31.

    Stephanie Clark, 29, of Portland was indicted on one count of trafficking in prison contraband, and violation of conditions of release on July 31.

    Janessa Moulton of Searsport was indicted on one count of trafficking in prison contraband, and violation of conditions of release on July 31.

    Christopher Butler, 66, of Bremen was indicted on one count of criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and cruelty to animals on July 20.

    Mark Zaccadelli, 50, of Bristol was indicted on one count of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, and assault on July 17.

    Joseph Benner, 33, of Pemaquid was charged with one count of eluding an officer, criminal mischief, two counts of domestic violence assault, and one count of aggravated assault on August 4.

    David Gilbert, 54, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of aggravated assault on April 21.

    Jason Perkins, 30, of Jefferson was indicted on one count of aggravated assault and one count of domestic violence assault on July 30.

    Keturah Tillson, 28, of Whitefield was indicted on three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, and three counts of violating the conditions of her release from December 5 to December 20, 2013.

    Dana Darveau, 42, of Whitefield was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of stealing drugs on April 28.

    Jessica Brilliant, 32, of Richmond was indicted on three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and one count of misuse of identification from March 18 to May 1, 2014.

    Robert Pierpoint, 68, of Whitefield was indicted on two counts of reckless conduct with a firearm on September 21.

    Diana Desjardins, 36, of Brunswick was indicted on one count of trafficking in prison contraband on April 22.

    Amanda Wallace, 32, of Bristol was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking and violation of conditions of release on April 1.

    Janice Bachelder, 36, of Edgecomb was indicted on one count of hindering apprehension or prosecution, receiving stolen property, and refusing to submit to arrest on March 12.

    Jeffrey Lucas, 38, of Augusta was indicted on one count of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and operating after suspension on March 12.

    Jeremy Geroux, 36, of Newcastle was indicted on one count of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, violation of conditions of release, and criminal mischief on March 12.

    Brianna Pozerycki, 18, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking on January 1.

    Giuseppe Maini, 54, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of burglary, stealing drugs and theft by unauthorized taking on July 13.

    Robert Lacombe, 30, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of operating after revocation on May 24.

    Justin Roberts, 25, of Warren was indicted on one count of aggravated assault, domestic violence terrorizing, and two counts of domestic violence assault from April 22 to June 7.

    Jessica Parker, 32, of Nobleboro was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of theft by unauthorized taking on May 22.

    Tina Chapman, 40, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of domestic violence threatening with a dangerous weapon, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking, and domestic violence terrorizing on April 29.

    James Simmons, 39, of Friendship was indicted on two counts of arson on June 21.

    Fredrick Campbell, 31, of Friendship was indicted on two counts of arson, one count of Class C violation of conditions of release and Class E violation of conditions of release on June 21 and July 15.

    Jeffrey Luce, 36, of Whitefield was indicted on two counts of arson, one charge each of theft by unauthorized taking, escape, and violating the conditions of release from May 6 to May 20 and June 21.

    Jason Hunter, 30, of Portland was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking on April 24.
