DAMARISCOTTA — Watch Korinn Mowrey take the stage by using motivational speech, dance, and humor as she tackles the tough subject of addiction. She shares her own story of addiction with Anorexia Nervosa and her experience in the healing process from it.

The presentation takes place Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at 7 p.m., at the Lincoln Theater, 2 Theater St., Damariscotta.

“She will empower and uplift viewers, teaching that given any circumstance, everyone has the strength within to succeed through the power of intention!” according to Makin' Waves in Health and Fitness, in a news release.
 
Korinn Mowrey is the mastermind behind Makin' Waves in Health and Fitness, a Midcoast-originated woman-owned business founded in 2008. She specializes in educating the community about whole food nutrition, personal training, and morphing words of struggle into intentional lives of meaning and gratitude.
