ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from Sept. 14-18.

Ariana E. Scott, 24, of Rockport, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

Anthony N. Vitale, 46, of West Rockport, probation violation, original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, nine days in jail, probation partially revoked; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, nine months in jail, probation one year.

Benjamin K. Welt, 19, of Hope, criminal mischief, dismissed; two counts of burglary, dismissed; two counts of criminal trespass, criminal mischief, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in jail with all but 11 days suspended, probation one year, $630 restitution.
