Knox County Superior Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from April 20-24.

    Brandon L. Carleton, 20, of Rockland, probation violation, original convictions for domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Paul J. Estes, 25, of South Thomaston, negotiating a worthless instrument, 10 days in jail.

    Sean Higgins, 32, of Gorham, probation violation, original conviction for robbery, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Kyle MacDougall, 36, of Warren, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years.

    Jacob Mondello, 20, of Thomaston, probation violation, original conviction for theft, a new theft charge, nine months and one day in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Briannah N. Parlin, 23, of Waldoboro, trafficking in prison contraband, nine months in jail, $225 restitution.

    Douglas Robinson, 40, of Warren, burglary, three years in prison with all but five months suspended, probation three years.

    Morgan L. Ward, 29, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, one prior, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Charles O. Winpenny, 52, of Rockland, operating vehicle without a license, conditions or restrictions, 90 days in jail; operating under the influence, two priors, $1,100 fine, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended.

    Chad Young, 36, of Rockland, operating under the influence, two priors, $1,100 fine, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended; operating while license suspended or revoked, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year, registration suspended; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.

    Issac M. Young, 40, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail.
