ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior and Rockland District Court from Sept. 4-22.

Superior Court

Eldon Bennett, 34, of Rockport, probation violation, original conviction for domestic violence assault, priors, five months, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Patrick Day, 53, of Waterville, theft by deception, fine $500.

Robert McIntyre, 60, of Cushing, probation violation, original conviction for kidnapping, three years in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Clair W. Mitchell, 41, of Appleton, probation violation, original conviction for operating under the influence, two priors, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Gabriel P. Payor, 23, of Winthrop, probation violation, original conviction for aggravated criminal mischief, 28 days in jail, probation partially revoke, probation continued.

Daniel N. Spear, 62, of Warren, aggravated criminal mischief, five years in prison with all but 181 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $2441.40.

Wyatt Weaver, 32, of Thomaston, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, fine $400, four years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, restitution $645. 

Rockland District Court

Lex A. Echevarria, 66, of Lakes Oswego, Ore., operating under the influence, fine $600, license suspended 90 days.

John W. Romanowsky, 48, of Washington, D.C., operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
