ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from May 11-15.

Jonathan M. Achorn, 24, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Thomas J. Archer, 56, of Rockland, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 14 days in jail.

Anthony Collins, 27, of Searsmont, operating under the influence, $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Ashlee Hilt Guptill, 29, of Union, violating conditions of release, permit unlawful use, 48 hours in hail; displaying suspended driver license, dismissed.

Adam Hall, 22, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Kelly Hall, 31, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Simon Lydon, 18, of Lincolnville, possession of marijuana, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Miranda McCaffrey, 32, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.

Michael A. Park, 26, of Miles, Texas, operating vehicle without a license, furnishing liquor to a minor, 48 hours in jail.

Jocelynne Sylvester, 23, of Rockland, violating protective order, $250 fine.

Avery Tatro, 30, of Rockport, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine.

Abbey Turner, 32, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Michael Vellaro, 25, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; criminal trespass, $520 fine, refusing to sign criminal summons, $250 fine.

Trevor Wilson, 24, of Thomaston, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
