Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from April 13-17.

    Vance A. Bailey, 27, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

    Raul Cantu, III, 36, of Robstown, Texas, operating under the influence, $600 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Jay T. Carter, 24, of Rockland, criminal trespass, $500 fine.

    Andre Charette, 53, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

    David R. Chisholm, 61, of South Thomaston, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Gregory K. Cline, 64, of Spruce Head, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Heather Dakin, 33, of Bremen, violating condition of release, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; failing to stop for an officer, $250 fine; possession of scheduled drugs, $500 fine.

    Aleisa D. Demichael, 39, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence, $500 fine, two days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Hayley J. Flynn, 25, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

    Mark R. Fowler, 20, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    George Thomas Gendron, 33, of Warren, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 45 days in jail.

    Maxwell MacCoole, 30, of Rockport, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine; obstructing government administration, dismissed.

    Ron’s Towing and Recovery Automotive LLC, Rockland, vehicle dealer violation, $650 fine.

    Nathaniel A. Stuart, 30, of Newbury, Mass., operating under the influence, no test, dismissed; driving to endanger, $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Debbie A. Turnbull, 56, of Rockland, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

    Aaron L. Vincent, 24, of Camden, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but 23 days suspended, probation two years.
