Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases

    ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from March 16-20.

    Edwin R. Benito, 32, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.

    Robert L. Carlson III, 27, of Owls Head, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

    Brian Day, 34, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Mark Eller, 67, of Appleton, operating under the influence, prior, $1,000 fine, nine months in jail with all but 20 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

    Karen D. Krager, 20, of Vinalhaven, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Daniel Pease, 31, of Union, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Samuel Simmons, 19, of Spruce Head, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Hannah White, 34, of Rockland, operating a motor vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

    Megan Wilson, 18, of St. George, failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; failing to notify or motor vehicle accident, dismissed; failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, $250 fine.

    Nathan Young, 20, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
