    ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from Feb. 9-13.

    Jason E. Akers, 35, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.

    Kathy Ball, 51, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $115 restitution.

    Michael P. Beal, 42, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Michael G. Bonzagni, 52, of Camden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days.

    Jacob O. Darveau, 24, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

    Devon A. Davis, 28, of Friendship, commercial shellfishing without a license, $316 fine; engaging in activities while suspended, $250 fine.

    Amanda Dyer, 26, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

    Tina M. Herrick, 51, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Jessica M. Kelley, 24, of Rockland, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Annette D. M. Kennedy, 39, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Eben J. Kenney, 28, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Michael L. Leon, 41, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

    Allison Leonard, 41, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Anthony J. Luce, 37, of Owls Head, violating protection from abuse order, five days in jail.

    Santanah M. Mackenzie, 27, of Rockport, N.Y., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

    Justin Ott, 23, of Warren, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 90 days; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of violating condition of release, seven days in jail; possession of marijuana, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

    Daniel R. Overlock, 43, of Edgecomb, operating under the influence, one prior, $900 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended, registration suspended.

    Melissa D. Parker, 32, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Steven Parmley, 53, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence, one prior, 36 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Wade H. Phillips III, 45, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.

    Victoria L. Porter, 50, of Warren, terrorizing, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, violating condition of release, failing to make written or oral accident report, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days, 30 days in jail; two counts of violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Karrie N. Prior, 24, of Friendship, violation of whelks harvesting rule, $100 fine; violation of whelks harvesting rule, $250 fine.

    Daniel L. Reed, 59, of Friendship, violation of whelks harvesting rule, $250 fine.

    Corey Robbins, 19, of Warren, stealing drugs, $400 fine, $750 restitution.

    Dustin Robinson, 27, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; three counts of violating condition of release, 180 days in jail, all suspended, probation for one year.

    Harlan Simmons, 42, of Warren, fish for or take shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.

    Denton D. Tinch, 43, of Rockport, operating under the influence, $500 fine.

    Chelsea A. Trenholm, 26, of Camden, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Abbey E. Turner, 32, of Augusta, possession of marijuana, $350 fine.

    Christopher J. Widdecomb, 42, of South Thomaston, failure to pay tax or file return, 180 days in jail, all but 14 days suspended, administrative release one year, $23,669 restitution.

    Christopher R. Wilgus, 23, of Tenants Harbor, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
