Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Jan. 8-11.

    Daniel S. Barrows, 18, of Camden, forgery, 15 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 17 days in jail, $230 restitution.

    Christopher Chandler, 38, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 60 days in jail; failure to register vehicle, seven days in jail.

    Kennedy H. Correa, 41, of Elizabeth, N.J., rule violation, possessing or using alcohol on duty, $100 fine.

    Casey Gilman, 19, of Appleton, violation of rule deer permit, $300 fine.

    Jacob A. Graf, 25, of St. George, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

    Carelton Grey, 19, of Rockland, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit, $750 fine; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Tyler Gricus, 30, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Joshua Heinz Guimond, 33, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, seven days in jail.

    Roland E. Harford, 61, of St. George, operating under the influence(alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, 30 days in jail; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, 30 days in jail.

    Michael J. Irvin, 54, of Rockland, operating under the influence-no test, $500 fine, 96 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Dustin Wade Martin, 34, of Rockport, operating while license suspended/revoked-operating under the influence, $,1000 fine, priors, 45 days in jail; two counts, violating condition of release, 45 days in jail;

    Paula Lea McMahon, 59, of Rockland, two counts, allowing dog to be at large, $250 fine.

    James H. Poole, 61, of Vinalhaven, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum, $600 fine.

    Andrew W. Pyznarski, 51, of Thomaston, failure to execute assignment and warrant of title, $500 fine.

    Eugene W. Staples, 72, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, $600 fine, four days in jail, license suspended nine months.

    Joseph S. Thurston II, 30, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, $600 fine.

    Sarah A. Upchurch, 25, of Auburn, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over speed limit, $400 fine.

    Randy L. Wall Sr., 56, of South Thomaston, shellfish harvesting license violation-personal, $750 fine.

    Avery Waterman, 20, of North Haven, reckless conduct, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended 30 days; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, 60 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 60 days in jail, license suspended 30 days.

    Stephen E. Widdecomb, 25, of Rockland, altering vehicle after inspection, dismissed.

    John Williams, 50, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    Michelle D. Young, 28, of Cushing, motor vehicle speeding, 30 miles per hour over speed limit, $1000 fine.
