    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Nov. 10-17.

    Franklin F. Arbour, 41, of Warren, trafficking in prison contraband, 18 months in prison.

    Deborah C. Barnes, 56, of Newcastle, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, one prior, $900 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Aimee Barnstein, 21, of Rockland, allowing minor to possess of consume liquor, $1000 fine.

    Nicholas A. Brown, 31, of Rockport, failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

    Douglas Colby, 52, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Joshua L. Clough, 20, of Port Clyde, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

    Dana E. Cunningham, 71, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 180 days in jail all suspended, license suspended 150 days; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $100 fine, 48 hours in jail.

    Robert Dennison, 50, of Memphis, Tenn., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, restitution $39.96.

    Stephanie L. Dodge, 33, of Warren, assault, $400 fine, four days in jail; violating condition of release, four days in jail; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine.

    Nicole E. Foster, 41, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.

    Misty Gray, 34, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

    Brenda Gross, 62, of Randolph, Mass., motor vehicle speeding: 30 mph over speed limit, $400 fine, suspended $200.

    Christopher C. Knight, Jr., 25, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, 16 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 16 days in jail.

    Adam Labrie, 36, of Walpole, passing a stopped school bus, $250 fine. 

    Anthony M. Lamanna, 30, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

    Felicia I. Libby, 26, of Waldoboro, trafficking in prison contraband, six months in jail, all suspended, probation one year; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

    Randall S. Mank, 40, of Warren, unlawful cutting of trees, $50 fine, restitution $50.

    Nathaniel Massicotte, 33, of Thomaston, aggravated assault, five years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; obstructing report of a crime, 90 days in jail; criminal mischief, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, dismissed; violating protection from abuse order, two counts, dismissed; violating condition of release, two counts, nine months in jail; violating protection from abuse order, two counts, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, dismissed; violating protection from abuse order, two counts, dismissed. Massicotte was arrested while at work Sept. 4 by Thomaston Police the day after assaulting a woman at her residence, according to the affidavit filed by police in court. The victim told police that during a verbal argument, Massicotte put his hands around her neck and she could not breathe. Police reported that she had a bruised lip and marks on her face and neck. She was treated at treated at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport for her injuries. Massicotte took the victim’s cell phone so she was not able to call police during the attack, the report said. He also put his knee through a television in the living room, destroying it, according to police.

    Corwin Olds, 38, of Rockport, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Jeremiah J. Parker, 20, of Rockland, burglary of a motor vehicle, three counts, seven days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail, restitution $4.00; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, restitution $27.68; minor possessing liquor, $300 fine. Parker was arrested by Rockland Police Nov. 10 for breaking into cars, looking for change because he was hungry. He appeared in Knox County Unified Court on Nov. 13 and pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary, theft, and violating condition of release and was sentenced to seven days in jail for the most recent charges. He was previously charged with stealing liquor from the Hannaford supermarket in Rockland on Sept. 28 and was free on bail when he burglarized the vehicles. Police said Parker is a transient from Connecticut, according to the affidavit filed in court.

    Brenda Pendleton, 66, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Ellis Percy, 66, of Jefferson, out of door burning violation, $100 fine, restitution $1009.70.

    Katharine Perkins, 68, of Worcester, Mass., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

    Seth Allen Poland, 39, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail all suspended, probation two years.

    Christopher Pollis, 26, of Union, operating vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    Jennifer R. Porter, 40, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, two counts, 14 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, $500 fine, 14 days in jail.

    Ethan Reed, 19, of Friendship, aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal mischief, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year, restitution $2348.88.

    Kari Robbins, 32, of Newcastle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail, restitution $631.03.

    Travis Robbins, 28, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, probation one year; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, probation one year.

    Samantha Schrader, 22, of Topsham, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault, 72 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Kevin S. Small, 33, of Vinalhaven, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail.

    Jacquelin Smottett, 34, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, $900 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 30 days in jail; failing to stop for an officer; 30 days in jail; operating vehicle without a license, 30 days in jail.

    Amber E. Stover, 30, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, $300 fine.

    David Thebarge, Jr., 54, of Litchfield, criminal mischief, $150 fine; criminal trespass, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine.

    Amanda Lynn Thomas, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, three days in jail.

    Michael Wayne Thompson, 39, of Lincolnville, criminal mischief, seven days in jail, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Kyle M. Upton, 35, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail all suspended, probation one year; criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.

    Erin J. Walter, 32, of South Thomaston, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $100 fine.

    James T. Warren, 51, of Vinalhaven, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
