    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Sept. 18-22.

    Todd Blackington, 48, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, fine $250.

    Matthew Nathan Boegel, 19, of Rockland, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful sexual contact, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $13.99.

    Alyssa D. Carey, 25, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, fine $600, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

    Liam J. Chrzanowski, 18, of Milford, fishing without valid license, fine $100.

    Christopher Cushman, 41, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), fine $500, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, fine $575, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, fine $400; violating condition of release, fine $500.

    Shawn R. Gamage, 28, of Rockland, obstructing government administration, seven days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail.

    Stephen John Hall, 54, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, license suspended 150 days.

    Michael J. Hanson, 44, of St. George, operating after habitual offender revocation, fine $500, 90 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, fine $1000, 15 months in jail; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

    Justin Hardesty, 32, of South China, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, fine $700, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

    Michelle Heald, 40, of Jefferson, operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, fine $600, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, seven days in jail, probation one year, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, fine $400, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year.

    Christopher M. Kimball, 35, of Hope, assault on an officer, two years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years, restitution $164.50; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, six months in jail; misuse of E-9-1-1 system, six months in jail; operating ATV under the influence, fine $400, six months in jail.

    Samuel D. Lear, 21, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor, fine $200; violating condition of

    Kerry A. Leichtman, 62, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, license suspended 150 days.

    Joe R. Maye, 51, of Warren, violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, fine $1000, nine months in jail.

    Karl H. Orwig, 30, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $1000; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

    Gary S. Peters, 47, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 10 days in jail; domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail.

    James N. Riley, 74, of Brewer, operate/permit operation unregistered motorboat, fine $100.

    Daniel R. Roy, 29, of Owls Head, operating after license suspension, fine $250.

    Jonas Martin Sabins, 34, of Union, solicitation of a child, 364 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year; harassment by telephone, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation, fine $500, 364 days in jail with all but 120 days suspended, probation one year.

    William N. Stevenson, 48, of Orland, operate/permit operation unregistered motorboat, fine $100.

    William Walton, 67, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, fine $750, restitution $21.

    Tina L. Williams, 52, of Starke, Fla., operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Jason W. Willis, 46, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, 48 hours in jail.
