Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from June 12-16.

    Logan Allen, 21, of Waldoboro, failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine.

    Michael H. Ames, 29, of Tenants Harbor, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

    Douglas C. Anderson, 21, of St. George, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum, $1100 fine.

    Sydni A. Barham, 29, of Belmont, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in jail with all but six months suspended, probation one year.

    Rico Baudanza, 20, of Thomaston, resident operator commercial fishing without license, $100 fine.

    Sigvard W. Beckman, IV, 25, of Vinalhaven, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Kyle Bragdon, 30, of Washington, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Jospeh R. Dinapoli, 28, of Cushing, driving to endanger, $575 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended 30 days.

    Jessica Elwell, 26, of Owls Head, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Cynthia Fales, 64, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Brooke Hall, 30, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Curtis Heath, 35, of South Thomaston, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.

    Lowell K. Hildings, 73, of Waldoboro, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

    Jesse Kampegaard, 46, of Union, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine. 

    Shauna Landre, 38, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 270 days in jail with all but 18 days suspended, probation one year; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, $400 suspension, 270 days in jail with all but 18 days suspended, probation one year.

    Samuel Lash, 30, of Friendship, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, $500 fine.

    Brian J. Leifi, 32, of Hope, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Tulia Lee, 42, of Appleton, refusing to sign criminal summons, two counts, 24 hours in jail, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine, 24 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property, 24 hours in jail.

    Andrew W. Pyznarski, 51, of Thomaston, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Bonnie S. Tarr, 57, of Spruce Head, operating vehicle without license, fine $250. 

    Timothy D. Wall, 44, of Hope, probation violation, original conviction for domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation one year.
