    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from May 8-12.

    Arthur M. Andrews, 31, of Camden, fishing or possessing fish taken during closed season, $120 fine.

    Michael Asplund, 38, of Tenants Harbor, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles per hour over the speed limit, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating after registration suspended, dismissed.

    Eric S. Benner, 31, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, $400 fine.

    Robert Benner, 54, of Camden, criminal trespass, $250 fine.

    Alyssa D. Carey, 25, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

    Sheldon W. Curtis, 31, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for domestic violence criminal threatening, nine days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation, original conviction for domestic violence reckless conduct, nine day in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; theft of services, 30 days in jail; restitution $1389.

    Michael P. Francis, 31, of Calais, operating vehicle while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, dismissed.

    Ronald A. Frontin, 54, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Nickole L. Gamage, 35, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), $800 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Suzanne M. Gardner, 51, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, restitution $4.73.

    Rodney Genthner II, 32, of Friendship, Class II lobster and crab fishing without license, $500 fine.

    Andrea R. Guy, 36, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Gunnar Hilt, 19, of Hope, minor possessing liquor, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $300 fine.

    Sarah Hood, 39, of Cushing, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Jonathan Jones, 42, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Brandon E. Kavanagh, 32, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts, dismissed.

    Brenden Lash, 18, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Samuel Lash, 30, of Friendship, violation protected resources, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

    Caleb Leland, 19, of Warren, failing to stop for an officer, $500 fine, four days in jail; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, 48 hours in jail.

    Dylan Maloney, 22, of Cushing, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

    Leif McClellan, 34, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence, $500 fine; seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Adam P. Miller, 40, of Nobleboro, failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.

    Chad Nickerson, 38, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Melisa A. Paquin, 27, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 28 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; violating protection from abuse order, 10 days in jail.

    Jacob A. Pascal, 21, of Union, criminal mischief, $250 fine.

    Brian Pelletier, 36, of Milton, criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Victoria Porter, 52, of Rockland, misuse of E-9-1-1 system, $250 fine.

    Samuel A. Richman, 37, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (drugs of combination), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Danielle Tia Rolerson, 31, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Danielle J. Rytky, 35, of Tenants Harbor, abandoning vehicle on island, dismissed.

    Tiffany R. Scavetta, 23, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Joseph Soloman II, 40, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, $500 fine, 90 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Ashley Souza, 27, of Newcastle, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Shari Thompson, 47, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $750 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

    Vernon Thompson, 46, of Warren, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Sam M. Turner, 35, of Rockport, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Wesley Shane Williams, 27, of Port Clyde, domestic violence assault, six months in jail; violating condition of release, five months in jail; criminal mischief, five months in jail.

    Asher A. Woodworth, 31, of Portland, violating condition of release, $250 fine; attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Tobey P. Young, 39, of Tenants Harbor, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, $250 fine.
