Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND —  The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from March 20-24.

    Gabrielle Q. Anders, 20, of Rockport, minor consuming liquor, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail license suspended three years; operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, $600 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended one year.

    Christopher Billings, 27, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 45 days in jail, $250 restitution; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.

    George H. Blood, 73, of Thomaston, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Kyle Bragdon, 29, of Washington, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 14 days in jail.

    Joseph Brann, 22, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

    Jeffrey P. Callahan, 24, of Rockland, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

    Shane Callahan, 22, of Rockland, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

    Catherine A. Cooper, 54, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Simon D. Derico, 34, of Appleton, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

    Michael P. Drew, 29, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

    Scott Elwell, 53, of Spruce Head, operating under the influence (two priors), $1100 fine, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, 30 days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

    Daniela V. Esposito, 34, of Rockland, failure to register motor vehicle, $100 fine.

    Marin Fosdick, 43, of Waldoboro, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Pamula W. Grady, 41, of Whitefield, theft by deception, 30 days in jail; forgery, 30 days in jail; unsworn falsification, two counts, 30 days in jail. 

    Jamie Hopkins, 34, of Owls Head, cultivating marijuana, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, $750 fine.

    Ralph R. Jones, 29, of Lincolnville, unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.

    Tammy L. Jordan, 51, of Readfield, operating under the influence, one prior, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Margot Larkin, 56, of Warren, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

    James J. Lemay, 66, of Washington, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

    John Mathieson, 72, of Owls Head, criminal trespass, two counts, dismissed; violating condition of release, two counts, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; theft by deception, dismissed; theft by deception, 30 days in jail, $2500 restitution.

    Jacob Morse, 27, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    Maxwell Niles, 23, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Joseph A. Pagano, 37, of Liberty, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 120 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 120 days in jail, license suspended 30 days.

    Philip M. Pease, 82, of Union, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $100 fine.

    Kimberly R. Powell, 49, of Rockland, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Joseph L. Ronco, 32, of Owls Head, cultivating marijuana, dismissed, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $750 fine.

    Corey M. Rytky, 36, of St. George, obstructing report of a crime, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing.

    John A. Sadler III, 23, of Stonington, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $150 fine.

    Frank M. Sanders, 71, of Thomaston, failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $250 fine.

    Hartland Small, 27, of Vinalhaven, disorderly conduct, fighting, 30 days in jail; discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, 30 days in jail; reckless conduct, 30 days in jail.

    Samantha A. Stanley, 26, of Camden, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

    Anthony T. Stanton, 29, of Union, criminal mischief, $250 fine.

    Montgomery W. Sykes, 43, of Thomaston, harvester failing to tag shellfish, $300 fine.

    Tracy Taylor, 47, of Warren, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Wesley E. Winchenbach, 39, of Waldoboro, engaging in activities while suspended, $500 fine.
