Michelle Collette Carmack Belmer, 40, of Rochester, N.H., trafficking in prison contraband, nine months in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year; criminal conspiracy, dismissed.

Alexender J. Benner, 18, of St. George, possession of tobacco products by minor, fine $100, community service 15 hours.

Gregory K. Cline, 65, of Spruce Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $1000, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
