Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from May 16-20.

    Amanda Lynn Allen, 24, of Ellsworth, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Pinto Monica Anthony, 26, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

    Theodore A. Berry, 25, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

    Matthew Dodge, 34, of Jefferson, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 90 days in jail with all but two days suspended, probation one year; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, two days in jail.

    Eric J. Doughty, 40, of Wiscasset, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

    Craig A. Holmes, 25, of Union, failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.

    Denise M. Massicotte, 50, of Union, violating condition of release, $500 fine.

    James N. McDonald, 54, of Vinalhaven, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, $650 fine.

    Ryan J. Newbert, 19, of Rockland, minor possessing liquor, $600 fine.

    Michael W. Philbrook, 36, of Vinalhaven, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 2, $700 fine.

    Benjamin Teel Pollis, 22, of Warren, attaching false plates, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Linda Rackliff, 33, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    Arthur John Woodman, 37, of Appleton, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; aggravated assault, dismissed.
