    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from May 9-13.

    Tran Sydney A. Aho, 25, of Lincolnville, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Pinto Monica Anthony, 26, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

    Tyler E. Batty, 31, of Cushing, commercial fishing without a license, first, $500 fine.

    Kathryn M. Baxter, 60, of Rockland, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Jason M. Baughman, 48, of Rockport, violating condition of release, 27 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    William G. Brown II, 35, of Warren, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle.

    Adam Capizzano, 30, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

    Misty Dawn Hollenbach, 30, of Lewisburg, Pa., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, both dismissed; criminal conspiracy, two years in jail with all but three months suspended, probation one year.

    Craig A. Holmes, 25, of Union, failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.

    Thaddeus Hudzinski, 25, of Camden, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

    Myles C. Jordan, 52, of Alna, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Albert M. Lustgarten, 56, of Rockland, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Shawnee McCullough, 26, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    James N. McDonald, 54, of Vinalhaven, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, $650 fine.

    Scott A. Moulton, 30, of Warren, operating vehicle while license suspended or revoked, prior, fine $500.

    Christy D. Nason, 40, of Warren, operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

    Ryan Newbert, 19, of Rockland, minor possessing liquor, $600 fine.

    Michael W. Philbrook, 36, of Vinalhaven, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, $700 fine.

    Lawrence E. Prior, 20, of Thomaston, possessing softshell clams less than 2 inches 10-20%.

    Migdaliz Ramos, 19, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Ryan C. Rankin, 30, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Vance A. Rice, 21, of Camden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; failing to make written or oral accident report, seven days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Morgan Robinson, 32, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

    Peter Sobran, 59, of Old Greenwich, Conn., operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Nathan Spearin, 32, of. South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $750 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, $500 fine.

    Chad E. Sproul Sr., 40, of Warren, aggravated criminal operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; criminal threatening, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; operating under the influence (no test), one prior, $900 fine, 90 days in jail, license suspended three years; refusing to submit to arrest, two counts, 90 days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 90 days in jail, fail to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, 90 days in jail; operate after habitual offender revocation, prior, three years in jail with all but 9 months suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

    Keely Walsh, 23, of Waldoboro, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine.

    Mackenzie C.J. Whitehall, 19, of Waldoboro, operating vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

    Jason Willey, 39, of Rockland, misuse of 911 system, $250 fine.

    John P. Williams, 68, of West Rockport, burn without permit, $100 fine.

    Bernard L. Young, 39, of Cushing, possess softshell clams less than two inch, $100 fine.

    Maurice D. Young. 48, of Cushing, criminal mischief, 90 days in jail; two counts of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, 90 days in jail; misuse of the 911 system, 90 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, terrorizing, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
