Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from July 13-17. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Edward Archer, 47, of Cushing, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine; assault, dismissed.

    Dana Barter, 56, of Union, attaching false plates, $100 fine.

    Kevin C. Brewer, 55, of Waldoboro, shellfish harvesting license violation, commercial, $300 fine.

    Michael A. Brewster, 56, of Waldoboro, shellfish harvesting license violation, commercial, $300 fine.

    Jeremiah Carleton, 29, of Washington, violating protection from abuse order, 48 hours in jail.

    Samantha Carter, 25, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison all suspended, two years probation.

    Benjamin Clark, 25, of Appleton, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Robert Colpritt, 39, of Warren, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $440 fine, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Barry J. Dearborn, 22, of Cushing, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Korissa Dumond, 22, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Hunter Galipeau, 19, of Warren, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

    Zachary Genthner, 23, of Waldoboro, possessing shellfish taken from closed area, $500 fine.

    Amberlie Gibson, 25, of Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Steven Griffin, 20, of Warren, assault on an officer in prison.

    Christie Hews, 38, of Tenants Harbor, unsworn falsification, $250 fine.

    Brian Jon Houle, 23, of Cushing, operating under the influence, $500 fine, five days in jail. license suspended one year and two months.

    Shawn Jones, 28, of Warren, criminal trespass, 14 days in jail.

    Timothy Masters, 23, of Waldoboro, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $500 fine.

    Joe Minor, 55, of Wynne, Ark., operating without vehicle license, $250 fine, 24 hours in jail.

    Cody M. Monroe, 19, of Warren, furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed; allowing minor to consume or possess liquor, $500 fine.

    Ben Murdock, 32, of Monhegan, Class 1 lobster and crab fishing without a license, $300 fine.

    Anthony P. Murphy, 46, of Augusta, illegal possession of a firearm, 42 months in jail, all but nine months suspended, probation two years.

    Ryan Newbert, 18, of South Thomaston, criminal trespass, 24 hours in jail.

    Jacob A. Pascal, 19, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    Michael L. Phillips, 42, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Janelle Pratt, 42, of Camden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Karrie Prior, 23, of Friendship, commercial shellfishing without a license, $100 fine.

    Nile Recchia, 39, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating without a license, dismissed; violating conditions of release, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Mark H. Reed, 22, of Owls Head, speeding, 30-plus miles over the speed limit, $500 fine.

    Lucas  B. Ross, 18, of Owls Head, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating without a license, 48 hours in jail; operating vehicle without license, conditions or restrictions, dismissed.

    Shawn Simmons, 39, of Rockland, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.

    Dylan Tedford, 56, of Edgecomb, theft by unauthorized taking or transfers, priors, five months in jail.

    Debbie Turnbull, 56, of Rockland, violating condition of release, $200 fine.

    Amanda Unklesbay, 24, of Rockland, operating without a license, $150 fine.

    Matthen D. Wall, 34, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
