Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Jan. 13-26.

    Jeffrey Graeme Anderson, 49, of St. George, violation of privacy in St. George Dec. 6, 2023, $200 fine.

    Treshawn MacKenzie Benbow, 23, of Augusta, illegal possession of firearm in Union Sept. 4, 2022, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, restitution $30.

    Michael Benjamin, 40, of Warren, disorderly conduct, fighting in Rockland March 17, 2023, $150 fine.

    Allen Wayne Boody, 39, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden Oct. 29, 2023, restitution $132.53.

    Thomas Boynton, 30, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, one prior, in Rockland April 22, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland April 22, 2022, $575 fine.

    Walter J. Caven, 53, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Thomaston Aug. 28, 2023, 24 hours in jail.

    Suellen J. Detamore, 35, of Friendship, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 16, 2023, dismissed.

    William Harrison, 73, of Friendship, kindling fire without permission in Friendship May 14, 2023, dismissed.

    Andrew Hepburn, 25, of Phoenix, Ore., disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures on Vinalhaven July 15, 2023, dismissed; criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Vinalhaven July 15, 2023, all dismissed.

    Lance Huff, 37, of South China, terrorizing and harassment both in Appleton Feb. 12, 2021, $250 fine for each charge.

    Eric H. Kangas, 62, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport May 28, 2022, $500 fine, 28 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Camden Dec. 27, 2023, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Camden Sept. 10, 2023, seven days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden Nov. 10, 2023, $500 fine, 28 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Camden Nov. 10, 2023, 28 days in jail.

    Brian C. Keuneke, 39, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Jan. 1, 2022, $500 fine.

    Justin Landers, 21, of Monroe, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport Nov. 17, 2023, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; carrying concealed weapon in Rockport Nov 17, 2023.

    Sherrie Losier, 42, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Thomaston Nov. 16, 2023, $250 fine; violating condition of release in Thomaston Nov. 16, 2023, $150 fine all suspended.

    Nicholas I. Marquis, 28, of South China, disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures in Thomaston Nov. 20, 2021.

    Nathan McClure IV, 43, of Swanville, violating condition of release in Union Nov. 21, 2023, unconditional discharge.

    Jonathan G. Paul, 42, of Waldoboro, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Thomaston Jan. 7, 2023, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with al but 10 days suspended, probation one year.

    Drew Paulsen, 24, of Rockland, probation violation on a previous conviction of violating condition of release in Rockland Dec. 29, 2021, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Jill Taylor, 39, of Friendship, violating condition of release in Union Nov. 9, 2023, dismissed.

    Byron L. Thomas, 27, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence (alcohol) on Vinalhaven July 4, 2023, $600 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Roger J. Turner, 42, of Augusta, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Thomaston Aug. 7, 2022, $400 fine, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, probation three years; violating protection from abuse order in Rockland Dec. 18, 2022, 30 days in jail.

    John Lee Wall, 58, of South Thomaston, violating municipal shellfish ordinance in Cushing April 16, 2022, $500 fine.
