Kevin Boggs named mortgage loan officer at Camden National Bank

CAMDEN— Camden National Bank announced that Kevin Boggs has joined the Residential Mortgage Lending department as Mortgage Loan Officer. In his new role, he is responsible for serving customers in Maine's Knox, Lincoln, and Waldo counties with a focus on originating and managing residential mortgages.

Director of Mortgage Banking, Stephen Sessler shared, "We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to our Mid-Coast mortgage team. He has deep experience educating customers and working closely with local and national industry professionals to ensure a streamlined mortgage process for every customer. Kevin, along with our entire Mortgage Banking Team, will introduce prospective home buyers to our new MortgageTouch tool, which makes applying for a loan even easier through a simple online application portal complemented by his personal industry knowledge."

Boggs joins Camden National Bank from Hampton Bay Mortgage Company, where he served as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for six years. Prior to that, he worked at Bangor Savings Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer for a year and a half.

Boggs said, "Growing up in Mid-Coast Maine, I always admired Camden National Bank's commitment to supporting local communities and to partnering with its customers. In addition to educating and empowering customers, I look forward to playing a role in Camden National Bank's innovative Hope@Home program, which donates $100 to a local homeless shelter every time a customer finances a home through us."

A native Mainer and a graduate of Dickinson College, Boggs currently resides in Owls Head, Maine with his wife and son.
