A happy Thanksgiving from Al Gardner

Tue, 11/25/2014 - 3:15pm

Al Gardner, the host of Out and About with Al, is wishing all his viewers a warm and Happy Thanksgiving. Al has been doing his show on local TV for the past 12 years and enjoys getting out to meet and videotape the local residents of Knox County, including the deer, geese, eagles, and horses.

This Thanksgiving after eating his usual “tiny” portion of turkey, Al will be out videotaping the snow removal efforts from the latest storm for his next show.  He will also be at the Festival of Lights in Rockland on Saturday night covering all the fun and getting as many people on camera as he can.

He always ends his show with “Have a wonderful rest of the day... unless you have other plans.”  He can be seen on Maine Coast TV Channel 7 everyday of the week at noon and new shows on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

Maine Coast TV is the community television channel for all towns Knox County covered by Time Warner Cable, including the Rockland, Camden, Rockport, Thomaston, South Thomaston, St. George, Warren, Owls Head, North Haven and Vinalhaven.
