VINALHAVEN — Edith M. Norton, 84, lifelong Vinalhaven resident, died peacefully, Nov. 19, 2105, at Country Manor in Coopers Mills.

Edith is survived by her daughter, Rhoda Norton of Wellborn, Fla.; her brother, Dallas Anthony of Vinalhaven; and a sister, Viva Martin of Rockland.

A memorial service will be announced in the spring.
