THOMASTON — Hot Hill Tavern, in Thomaston, is hosting an evening of music, food and drink, and community, as a fundraiser for a member of the community. There will be performances by PHOG, Drive By Todd, and many special guests.

The event takes place Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, at 7 p.m., at the tavern, 1 Starr Street, in Thomaston.

“For many in the local music scene, Peyton Elise Clark is known as the kick ass, hard hitting drummer that sits at the backbone of the Best of the Best Rock band Drive By Todd,” said Drive by Todd, in a news release.

For many others, she has volunteered for Pope Memorial Humane Society, Rockland Energy Advisory committee, radio station WRFR, the Knox Democratic Headquarters, Maine Lobster Festival, The Union Fair and since 2018 has served as a volunteer firefighter in Owls Head. Clark has also organized numerous fundraisers for the community and has worked many years as a CNA and Mental Health Technician in the psychiatric and addiction recovery field.

Prior to Christmas, Clark was unexpectedly laid off from her job. She and her husband, Randy, (who does tree work) are struggling to make ends meet for their 16 month old son, Ziggy, as she seeks employment.

Suggested donation at the door of $10, Hot Hill will have Hot Toddy’s as their special drink for the night and donate proceeds to help the cause.
