    Monday, July 24, 9 a.m.: Strong Bodies, Strong Minds. Fitness class in the Amphitheatre with Amanda Strong. By donation. 

    Monday, July 24, 8:15 p.m.: Monday Night Movie, The Big Sleep. Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall star in the classic romantic mystery. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks! In the event of rain, check the library website or Facebook for updates.

    Tuesday, July 25, 8:45 a.m.: Yoga in the Amphitheatre. Donations accepted with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Camden Public Library. Ongoing series through August 15.

    Tuesday, July 25, 1 p.m.: Leer y charlar. Read and chat entirely in Spanish! Fluent speakers welcome to join the conversation!

    Wednesday, July 26, 6 p.m.: Romeo & Juliet. Camden Shakespeare Festival in the Library Amphitheatre. Tickets: 207-464-0008.

    Thursday, July 27, p.m.: Romeo & Juliet. Camden Shakespeare Festival in the Library Amphitheatre.  Tickets: 207-464-0008.

    Friday, July 28, 1:30 p.m.: Grown Up Story Hour. Never outgrow the pleasure of listening to stories read aloud. Join  each Friday in the Teen Section.

    Friday, July 28, 4 p.m.: Walking Tour of Camden. Led by Dave Jackson and Amy Rollins, the educational and entertaining tour leaves from the Atlantic Ave. entrance to the library. Reservations recommended. 236-3440. Every Friday. Tours run approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Friday, July 28, 6 p.m.: Romeo & Juliet.  Camden Shakespeare Festival in the Library Amphitheatre. Tickets: 207-464-0008.

    Saturday, July 29, 6 p.m.: Romeo & Juliet.  Camden Shakespeare Festival at St. Thomas Episcopal. Tickets: 207-464-0008. 

    Monday, July 31, 10 a.m.: Writing Through Difficulty. Memoir writing workshop with Teresa Picardi. Learn how to write about hard times, and how writing can help you heal. Please register by calling the library at 236-3440.

    Monday, July 31, 8:15 p.m.: Monday Night Movie, Journey to the Center of the Earth. Explore the very core of the earth in this action-packed adventure! Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks! In the event of rain, check the library website or Facebook for updates.

    Tuesday, August 1, 8:45 a.m.: Yoga in the Amphitheatre. Drop in Yoga, all levels welcome! By donation, a portion of which benefits the library.

    Tuesday, August 1, 1 p.m.: What Makes a Beautiful Boat? Bob Stephens is a principal at Stephens Waring Yacht Design in Belfast. Learn about the details that make a boat a classic, whether 100 years old, or brand new.

    Tuesday, August 1, 6:30 p.m.: Midcoast Brass Quintet. Enjoy modern classical, pop, jazz, and rock in the Library Amphitheatre. 

    Wednesday, August 2, 10 a.m.: Stroke Support Group. For stroke survivors, their families, friends, and supporters. New members welcome.  

    Thursday, August 3, 6 p.m.: Romeo and Juliet. Camden Shakespeare Festival in the Library  Amphitheatre. Tickets at Zoot Coffee, Camden Library, or 207-464-0008.

    Friday, August 4, 1:30 p.m.: Grown Up Story Hour. Join us in the Teen Seating area for a different read-aloud each week.

    Saturday, August 5, 2 p.m.: Author Event: Claudette Lewis Bard. Bard will be celebrating her book, Negro Island Light, which is set in Camden.
