Camden Public Library annouces Fall Harbor Arts & Book Sale

    CAMDEN — The dates for the Camden Fall Harbor Arts & Books Fairs will be September 30 and October 1. The fair features items for every taste and prices for every pocketbook! Art patrons will find works in oil, watercolor, acrylics, as well as photography, sculpture, and mixed media. Fans of handcrafted wares can shop for pottery, glass, woodcrafts, jewelry, fiber art, and furniture.

    The library will also host its giant Outdoor Book Sales under the tents, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the Fair weekend. The book sale will run 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 1. The art fair will be open 10:00 to 4:00 both Saturday and Sunday.

    Harbor Arts & Books Fair is an admission-free, family-friendly event, making it a perfect day trip or weekend destination. Area inns, restaurants, and day-sailing schooners welcome our Harbor Arts guests -- and the coastal panoramic views from nearby Mount Battie are not to be missed!

    The Camden Public Library carries on the tradition of excellent juried arts, with a festive flavor and emphasis on quality and publicity.

    Exhibitor booths will be in the Amphitheatre, on Atlantic Avenue in Camden, and along the water in beautiful and scenic Harbor Park.
