ROCKPORT — The Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce holds its annual Business and Community Expo, 2 - 7 p.m., April 8, at the Samoset Resort in Rockport. The event is held each year to showcase area businesses and nonprofits. The Expo is open to the general public and admittance is free. Eighty-nine businesses and nonprofits will display information ranging from media outlets, financial institutions, funeral services, education, culture, and entertainment.

Sponsored by the Samoset (cash bar), the Business After Hours will run from 5 to 7 p.m. Many booths have door prizes that will be announced at the end of the evening.
