Build a better world: Rockland Public Library’s summer reading program

    Readers of all ages will explore all things fun and fitness this summer, as Rockland Public Library presents "Build a Better World" during the Summer Reading Program. Activities may include costume creation, group games, physical challenges, art projects, science and engineering experiments, and more.

    The 2017 Summer Reading Program is open to everyone from baby to adult. Families are invited to join the Read-to-Me portion of the program. The program runs from now through August 12, ending with a show featuring Mad Science of Maine, with prizes and ice cream to follow. Registration for "Build a Better World" is ongoing at the Library or can be accessed from the Library's webpage www.rocklandlibrary.org For more information, call 594-0310.
