Belfast Police Department beat: theft, terrorizing

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 18-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Oct. 8 (late entry)

    Mariah K. Valliere, 30, of Jackson, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

    Oct. 13 (late entry)

    Jerica L. Wallace, 27, of Belfast, was issued summonses for forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, stemming from an incident Oct. 11.

    Oct. 18

    Scott P. Steele, 41, of Winterport, was issued summonses for forgery and theft. Steele was additionally issued summonses for forgery and theft on Oct. 20.

    James Wickenden, 20, of Camden, was issued summonses for illegal possession of liquor by a minor via consumption, operating under the influence on Northport Avenue and illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor on Northport Avenue.

    Oct. 20

    Scott P. Steele, 41, of Winterport, was issued summonses for forgery and theft. Steele was additionally issued summonses for forgery and theft on Oct. 18.

    Oct. 22

    Shawn L. Merrill, 45, of Belfast, was arrested for aggravated assault and issued a summons for operating without a license (beyond conditions) on Belmont Avenue, stemming from an incident Oct. 21.

    Oct. 23

    Diana R. Blood, 28, of Belfast, was issued summons for attaching false plates and operating after suspension at Huntress Gardens.

    Oct. 24

    Katherine L. Manchester, 27, of Belmont, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer stemming from an incident Oct. 23.

    Oct. 25

    Kyle Dawns, 21, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.

    Rebecca Green, 24, (no town of residence given), was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.

    Joseph Holmes, 36, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered vehicle (50+ days) and an inspection sticker violation.

    Michael O. Opdyke, 45, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Oct. 27

    Andrew Clark, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for terrorizing on High Street.
